The RUPRI Rural Equity Capital Initiative was funded by a grant from the U.S.

Department of Agriculture’s Fund for Rural America. The purpose of this project was to examine innovative institutions that are making venture capital investments in rural places across the country and develop lessons learned from these institutions that might be applied in other areas.
