• RUPRI is excited to welcome Jane Forrest Redfern and Larry Goolbsy to the Rural Human Services Panel.  Ms. Redfern serves as the Rural Policy Coordinator for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and Mr. Goolsby is the Director of Legislative Affairs and Policy for the American Public Human Services Association.  Both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the panel.
